Check the Messages Icon for New Conversations or Messages From Service Providers
One of the most effective ways to communicate with Service Providers is by sending messages within the Portal.
With Messages, Strata Managers can send updates, inquiries and additional information to the Service Provider and follow up on a Job's progress.
Strata Managers can check the Notifications Icon located on the toolbar to see whether there's any new conversations or messages from Service Providers.
They can also click the New Messages box on the Dashboard.
Or, select the New Messages Special Marker Filter on the Jobs page.
Another way to view new messages is by going to the Work Summary page of a Job.
Click the 3 dots next to the provider on the request. If there's a new conversation or message, you will see a red flag on the Messages button.
If there's no new messages, the Messages will appear as normal.
This will help Strata Managers to more efficiently manage assigned Jobs.
