When a Service Provider has a change of information, they must follow the appropriate process to notify relevant stakeholders and ensure the changes are reflected within the Portal.

Update an ABN
Service Providers can't update their ABN on the Company Profile. When a new ABN is registered, they should immediately notify the Strata Organisation of the change. Strata Managers will then update their information in Strata Master.
Make sure to include the following details:
- Company Name
- New ABN
Any updates made to Strata Master will sync to the Portal within 10 minutes. A contractor profile will be available that is linked to the new ABN.
Service Providers will need to create a new profile and register the new ABN through the Registration Page.
If the old ABN is no longer in use, Service Providers should Contact Support and ask for their account to be deactivated. Once a Service Provider has been deactivated, all their jobs will automatically be 'Declined'.
Strata Managers can then choose to assign the jobs to the new profile, provided the account has been activated or the new ABN has been saved in Strata Master.
Update Business Info
Service Providers are responsible for updating information about their company. If a Service Provider requests help with updating their business details, the Support Team can provide step-by-step instructions to guide them through the process.
Update Payment Info
Service Providers can't update the payment information on the Company Profile. Service Providers must notify the Strata Organisation of a change to payment info. Strata Managers will then update their information in Strata Master.
Payment information will appear on all Invoices submitted by a Service Provider and is based on the information in Strata Master.
