Building Statuses
A Building with a status of 'Active' is currently managed by the Strata Organisation. All Plans for the Building will be active in the Portal.
A Building with a status of 'Not Managed' has recently come into the Organisation and may be inactive in or hasn't have been imported from Strata Master. No Plans for the Building will be active in the Portal.
It's also possible that the Building was previously managed by the Organisation but isn't any longer.

When an Organisation Admin uploads a document or Invoice, they need to select a Plan Number and can quickly see whether the Building is 'Active' or 'Not Managed'.
Next to each Plan Number is the Building address that's linked to it.
If a Building is 'Not Managed', the Plan Number won't be available.
Invoice Extraction
When an Invoice of a 'Not Managed' Plan is sent for extraction, the extraction process will fail. Invoices can't be uploaded for a Plan with a status of 'Not Managed'.
