Committee Members and Owners' information are hidden by default when their account is activated.
This means that other owners will not be able to see these details in the Building Directory on the Building Profile.
These details are only visible to Strata Managers and Building Managers.
However, if an owner chooses to make their information visible they can do this by updating their Privacy Setting in the portal.
How to update Privacy Settings
1. When logging in to the portal, click the dropdown arrow beside the user icon and select settings in the dropdown menu.
2. Under Your Profile, go to Privacy Settings
3. Switch off the toggle button under 'Hide my contact details' and click SAVE.
Once this has been turned off, the contact information will now be visible in the Building Directory.
