If a Committee Member or Owner hasn't completed the Sign Up Process or hasn't been invited to create a Portal account, they should be sent an email with an invitation link by the Organisation Admin of the strata organisation.
They can then sign up and activate their profile. Committee Members and Owners can sign in to the Portal to view their Building Profile where they can access services, view important documents, generate financial reports, and track all Jobs for the Building.
Active Committee Members and Owners can also receive Marketing emails to boost ongoing engagement with the Portal.
