Organisation Admins can customise the email invites that are sent to Auditors and Building Inspectors for Guest Access to the Portal.
This will include the details of the Organisation that invited them, the inspection time and the cost.
Organisation Admins can use Bold and Italics for emphasis or add hyperlinks by highlighting the text and clicking the Link icon to add the URL.
Edit Default Invite Template
1. Go to the Settings page
2. Select Templates
3. Click the 3 dots on the right of 'Guest Access Invite'
4. Click 'Edit'
5. Make any required changes to the template's content including adding placeholders
Note: Placeholders search for the required information and fill in the details relevant to the recipient
6. Select 'Preview' to review
7. Click 'Save'
Create a Customer Guest Access Invite Template
1. Go to the Settings page
2. Select Templates
3. Click '+ Template'
4. Fill out the 'New Template' form making sure to select Guest Access Invite under Sub-Type and under Template
5. Create the template's content including adding placeholders
Note: Placeholders search for the required information and fill in the details relevant to the recipient
6. Click the Paperclip Icon to add an image
7. Select 'Preview' to review
8. Click 'Save'
If they are a new user, they will be prompted to sign up and activate their profile in the Portal using the content between the {{invitation_footer_start}} and {{invitation_footer_end}} placeholders. They will only need to create their password once as it will be the same profile they use if they need to inspect a building in the portal again.
Once active, further inspections are prompted using the same template but with the content between the {{active_user_footer_start}} and {{active_user_footer_end}} placeholders.
