Strata Managers can schedule a Work Request for a Service Provider if the request has been assigned to them and the Service Provider's account is active.
Schedule a Job On Behalf of a Contractor
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the Job
3. Click the Briefcase Icon on the Work Summary page
4. Fill out the Schedule Work Date and Schedule Work Time
5. Select the Estimated Duration to Complete Job
6. Provide a Description and enter the dates and times for a Disruption Notice
7. Or, click 'Attach a Disruption Notice File' to upload a file
8. Click the check box to confirm whether the Site Contact was notified
9. Click 'Save'
Note: Strata Managers can change the date a Job was scheduled for by clicking the Briefcase Icon and repeating the process.
When the Job has been scheduled, the Site Contacts will receive an email notification to confirm and remind them of the dates.
