If you're a Service Provider, you can add videos, images and documents to a job when creating a Quote or Invoice by clicking the 'Upload' button.
Upload Files, Images or Videos to a Job
1. Sign in to the portal
2. Click on the Jobs page
3. Select the Job
4. Click the 'Upload' button to open the Upload window
5. Attach the files
6. Click the check box to share files with the Strata and Building Managers and Building Contacts
Note: If the check box is selected, stakeholders with access to the job will be able to view and download the files
7. Select 'Submit'
The uploaded files should now be attached to the Job. Service Providers and stakeholders who are authorised based on the previous selection can view them.
