Sending Messages
Committee Members and Owners can choose from a few options for sending messages within the Portal. They can click the message icon on the top right.

Messages are linked to the Plan Number and address of a Building. The type of chat can be linked to a job, invoices, documents, levies or general chat.
When the 'Message Stakeholders' window opens, Committee Members and Owners can open a chat with selected users and contacts about the Invoice.
The Building address and file name of the Invoice will be pre-filled along with all of the contacts that appear under 'Shared with' on the Invoice page. Changes can be made to this information.
