The Portal provides enhanced control over maintenance requests and numerous features to streamline and improve management of a Building.
Tasks such as storing and managing contact information, establishing rules and procedures and document management are all fully integrated within the Portal.
Committee Members and Owners can access the following features with a single email and password:
- Building Profile
- Document Management
- Invoice Management
- Messaging and Chatroom
- Create and Track Work Requests
Building Profile
The Building Profile is a safe and central place for important notices and updates to be displayed for the Building. Up-to-date information and services for the Building can easily be accessed from the same page.

Document Management
The Document Management System (DMS) is where the Strata Organisation uploads, edits and stores all documents and Invoices for Plans. Committee Members and Owners can go to the DMS to view and download important files for the Building.
The DMS features a search engine so they can find anything they're looking for, with just a few clicks.

Invoice Management
Invoices can be viewed and discussed by stakeholders. Every stakeholder can view a log of activity for each Invoice to ensure transparency and accuracy. Some stakeholders may also be Invoice approvers and will have access to additional functionality to approve Invoices.

Messaging and Chatroom
Communicate directly with other key stakeholders including other Committee Members and Owners and the Strata Manager or Building Manager of the Job. Open a chat with Building Contacts and Strata Organisation employees to discuss upcoming work in the Building or any other urgent matter.

Create and Track Work Requests
Committee Members and Owners can easily create a new request for maintenance work or other services in their Building. Service Providers are rated by Owners after completing a Job on criteria including, performance, value, turnaround time, professionalism and punctuality. Other Job data and statistics are collected for Service Providers and readily available to the Strata Managers that assign Jobs.
All maintenance requests for the Building can be tracked in real-time by viewing the Status Timeline on the Public page.
