How to Manage Multiple Building Profiles

Committee Members and Owners may have multiple properties that are being managed in the Portal by the same or a different Strata Management Organisation.

Instead of having to use different account credentials for each Building managed, Owners can easily toggle between Building Profiles using a single email and password. 

Manage Multiple Building Profiles

1. Go to the 'Building' profile 

2. Click Switch plan number button right below the photo of the buillding 

3.  Select the plan number or the building 

Note: This feature is only available to Strata Management Organisations that use Strata Connect.
