Workers Compensation Requirement
Workers Compensation Requirement flags Providers as non-compliant when their selected team size indicates workers compensation insurance is required, but no policy has been provided.
This requirement is based on the Provider’s selected team size.
Providers with team members require workers compensation insurance. If no policy has been added, the Provider is flagged as non-compliant.
Update Workers Compensation Requirement
Step 1: Open the Provider profile.
Step 2: Confirm the selected team size.
Step 3: Add workers compensation insurance, if required.
Step 4: Save the profile.
Once the policy has been added, the requirement label is removed from the Provider profile.
If the Provider updates their team size later, the requirement is reassessed automatically.
Service Providers should contact us with any further questions regarding this process.
