Strata Managers can upload invoices and documents directly via the mobile app.
Once these are uploaded, documents can no longer be edited, if needed edits can be through the web portal.

Create a New Upload
From the Home screen, tap the plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner.
Select Document or Invoice
- Choose Document to upload files such as notices, statements, or general records.
- Choose Invoice to upload billing files related to service provider work.
💡 Use the correct type to ensure documents are tagged and filed properly in the system.
Choose File Source
You’ll be prompted to choose how you'd like to upload the file:
- Camera – Take a live photo of the document.
- Upload from gallery – Select an image or PDF stored on your phone.
- Upload File – Choose a file from your mobile storage.
Enter Required Details
After selecting the file, you'll need to complete a few fields:
- Name – Auto-filled based on the file name.
- Plan Number – Select the correct plan from the dropdown.
- Document Type – Choose the appropriate document category.
Tap Show more details for additional tagging or notes.
Tap Upload to complete the process.
A confirmation message will appear once the upload is successful.
For advanced upload tools (like bulk file actions), please access the web portal.
