Strata Managers can easily manage work orders for their building within the Mobile App.

Accessing Jobs
Strata Managers can access existing work orders for their building through a few different ways:
- Clicking 'More' in the bottom toolbar and selecting 'Jobs'
- Clicking 'Job Requests' on the Homepage
- Clicking 'Open Jobs' in a Building's Profile.
Job requests requiring attention are displayed on the Home screen under Action Required. Tap View Items to access a list of jobs.
Searching for Jobs
Strata Managers are able to search for jobs in their buildings. They can do this through their list of Jobs by using key words in the search bar.
They can also filter by:
- Plan No.
- Manager
- Date Range
- Status
Viewing Issue Details
Tapping on a job opens its Issue Detail screen, which includes:
- Reference Number
- Created Date and Time
- Created By
- Associated Building
- Issue Description
- Issue Location
Job records also shows the following
- Site Contacts
- Site Contacts for Providers
- Building Contacts
- Management Contacts
- Job Notes
- Attachments
Tap a section to expand and view the details.
