When an employee is leaving a strata organisation, there are a few tasks that the Organisation Admin must do to ensure that they have been offboarded completely.

Bulk Transfer Jobs
Any jobs that are assigned to this team member in the portal will need to be transferred to another team member. This can be done by following the steps below:
1. Go to the Jobs Page
2. Select the jobs that you need to transfer by checking the radial buttons on the left side of the jobs.
3. Click 'BULK'
4. Click 'Transfer Jobs'
5. Click the arrow under 'From Manager' and select the name of the old Strata Manager user
6. Click the arrow under 'To Manager' and select the name of the new Strata Manager user
7. Click 'TRANSFER'
When the Jobs have been transferred, the newly assigned team member will have easy access to all of the info needed to begin managing those Work or Quote Requests. From that point, they will receive notifications of any updates on those Jobs.

Bulk Updating the Invoice Rules
If the manager is listed as an invoice approver for any buildings, the Invoice Rules will also need to be amended.
You can check if a manager is listed as an invoice approver on any buildings by clicking the Users Icon, selecting 'Users', and searching for the manager's name. Any buildings that have the employee as an invoice approver will be listed under the 'Invoice Approvers' column.
If the manager is an invoice approver for any buildings, you can bulk update the Invoice Rules through the following steps:
Export Building Rules
To export the current Invoice Rules, click the Buildings Icon on the toolbar to go to the Buildings page, then select 'Export Rules'.
Select 'Invoice rules'.
When the pop-up appears, click 'Confirm'.
Once confirmed, the current Invoice Rules will be emailed to the Organisation Admin in a spreadsheet.
The spreadsheet can be updated to remove the employee as an invoice approver on the designated buildings. It is recommend to filter by 'Building Status' and remove all the 'Not Managed' buildings. Then save the file to the computer.
Re-uploading Building Rules
Click the Building Icon to go to the Buildings Page. From here, select 'Upload Rules' and then the 'Invoice Rules' tab to upload the new Invoice Rules.
Click 'Choose file' and attach the saved spreadsheet. Then select the 'Upload Invoice Rules' button.
From here, any Invoice Rules that were changed in the spreadsheet will be updated accordingly on the portal.
