The Building Profile is the hub where Committee Members and Owners will find up-to-date information for their Building.
They can access multiple properties managed by the same or a different Strata Management Organisation under 'Buildings'.

Building Services
Under 'Building Services', Committee Members and Owners can manage the most important information and documents for their properties.
Tasks such as storing and managing contact information, establishing rules and procedures and document management are all fully integrated within the Portal.
Directory of Building Contacts
Under 'View Directory', Committee Members and Owners can view a list of Building Contacts.
This list can be searched by name or by using filters to show results for a specific job position or role, such as Strata Manager, Tenant, Committee Member and others.
If a contact is both a Committee Member and an Owner, the labels of each role will be displayed on the directory of Contacts.
Use the 'Send Message' link under a Building Contact's name to send them a message within the Portal.
Note: If a contact doesn't have a link under their name, it means that either they do not have an active Strata Connect account, or they have requested not to be contacted.
Building Rules
Under 'Building Rules', Committee Members and Owners can view and make changes to Building Rules like rules for Invoice approval and recurring rules for selected Service Providers.
Building Rules shows which employees (e.g. Strata Managers, Accounts team, Building Managers etc) are Internal Approvers and which Building Contacts (e.g. Committee Members and Owners) are External Approvers.
Strata Managers decide on the First Approver, the amount that is being invoiced and whether an Invoice requires external approval.
Changes to Building Rules
Only Strata Managers can edit the Building Rules.
If an Owner or Committee Member wants to make changes to the rules, please contact the Strata Manager of the Building with more information.
View on the Invoice Page
Building Rules can also be viewed on the Invoice page. Go to the Approvers box and click the 'View Rules' link next to the Approvers box.
All updates made to the Building Rules can be viewed under 'Building Rules History'. A description of the change will be provided along with the employee that made the change and the date and time that the change was made.
Changes to Approvers
Approvers can be replaced under the 'Invoice' tab of Building Rules. Simply click the 'X' next to the approver who should be removed. Add a new approver by selecting a name from the list of approvers on the drop-down menu.
Changes to approvers may need to be made periodically. For example, if an approver is no longer a Committee Member or Owner for the Building, they should be removed and replaced.
Note: All Invoices with an approver that has been removed will need to go through the approval process again.
Items to Action
Under 'Items to Action', Committee Members and Owners can view all of the Invoices that are 'Pending Approval'. This option will only be visible to the Building Contacts selected as external approvers.
Recent Work History
Under 'Recent Work History', Committee Members and Owners can view a list of Jobs that have recently been completed in the Building.
Click a Job listed under 'Recent Work History' to show the Job Description, images, videos or files attached and a Status Timeline for the Job.
Click 'View All' to show all Jobs completed in the Building.
Popular Documents
Under 'Popular Documents', Owners can view files that have been flagged as important or useful for Owners.
Owners can quickly access these files and read through them on demand.
Click 'View All' to navigate to the Document Management System.
Note: Under 'Popular Documents', there is a shortcut button to Levy Notices and Financial Reports.
Levy Notices
Under 'Levy Notices', Owners can view all Levy Notice documents for their Lot.
Financial Reports
Under 'Financial Reports', Committee Members and Owners can generate a financial report for the Building.

Upcoming Work
Under 'Upcoming Work', Committee Members and Owners can view a list of upcoming Jobs for the Building.
Click 'View All' to see a list of all upcoming Jobs for the Building.
Then search by Job Name or filter by Status to narrow the results.
Noticeboard
Under 'Noticeboard', Committee Members and Owners can view all announcements for the Building that have been posted by Strata Managers.
Click 'Read More' to view the notice and 'Download' to download the Invoice or other relevant file.
Select 'View All' to see the list of all notices.
Committee Members or Owners that would like to post an announcement or reminder on the Noticeboard should contact the Strata Manager of the Building.
