Building Managers may decide to cancel a Work Request and assign the Job
to a new Service Provider.
This may be due to the price quoted, the timeline for completion, difficulty with contacting them or another reason.
Cancel Request and Assign to New Service Provider
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the Job
3. Click the 'WO' link under the Trade that will be cancelled and reassigned
4. Open the PDF
5. Click the 'Decline Job' tab
6. Select the 'Assign Contractor' button on the Work Summary page
7. Select a preferred Service Provider
- Search by entering a Trade in the Trade Search bar and choosing from a list of Service Providers that meet the criteria
- Or, search by entering the Name of a Service Provider in the Contractor Search bar
8. Click 'Assign Contractor'
The Service Provider will receive an email notification of the Work or Quote Request and should respond promptly.
