Organisation Admins can only assign a Maintenance Manager to a Job when the Plan Number for the Building has 'Maintenance Management' enabled.
A Maintenance Manager will assist with follow-up phone calls and emails to Service Providers at scheduled times in accordance with timeframes outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
Updates are listed on the Work Summary page under the Maintenance Management Log and include notes, correspondence and phone calls between the Maintenance Manager and Service Provider. The log is visible to Organisation Admins and other members of the Organisation that use the Portal, but not to Service Providers.
View Maintenance Management Log
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the Job
3. Look for the Maintenance Management Log on the Work Summary page
4. Click the '+' button to open the Maintenance Management Log
View the following details:
- Date and Time of an update
- Type of update, either Internal Notes or Public Reply
- Creator
- Recipient
- Message
This allows Organisation Admins to review actions taken by the Maintenance Manager on a Job.
