How to View the Voting Page

When Committee Members review a Quote, Organisation Admins can go to the Voting page to view detailed information and messages on the Discussion Board. 

If the Quote is approved, the Service Provider can begin work. If the Quote is rejected, the Service Provider can resubmit a new Quote based on any feedback.

View the Voting Page

Organisation Admins can view the Voting page from the Work Summary page of any Job with a status of 'Awaiting Committee Approval'. Click the 'Awaiting Committee Approval' link under 'Status'.

The Voting page will open. Organisation Admins can view details for the Work or Quote Request and any messages on the Discussion Board.

Organisation Admins can also track who has voted on the quote that has been submitted for review. This will appear on the History Log of the work order page and will remain in the log even if the job has been marked as Completed or Closed.
