Organisation Admins can activate premium features for their Organisation, including Guest Access, Compliance Management, Invoice Extraction, and Maintenance Management.
Please read the Customer Product Service Agreement before activating premium features.

Features - Internal
To activate premium features, click on the user avatar in the top right and click 'Settings' to go to the Settings page. Then select 'Features - Internal'.
Guest Access
The Guest Access feature provides users with limited access to the Portal for inspections of records. ‘Guests’ include Building Inspectors and Auditors who require access to a building’s records.
To enable Guest Access, click the check box for 'Enable guest user access for your organisation'. This will activate the feature for all Strata Organisation employees.
Organisation Admins are required to enter their organisation’s bank details so that the payments made by the Guests can be reimbursed.

Compliance Management
To enable Compliance Management, click the check box for 'Enable Compliance Management service for your organisation'. This will activate the feature for all Strata Organisation employees.
To enforce a rule that a Work Request can't be sent to a Contractor with invalid licence and insurance information, select 'Enable valid compliance requirement'.
Make sure to click 'Update' to implement changes to settings.
Compliance Management service will now be enabled for the Organisation.

Building Profile, Document Management and Invoice Processing
Organisation Admins can enable Building Profile, Document Management and Invoice Processing features for their Organisation.
When enabled, the Organisation can use Building Profiles for all managed properties that are accessible to Committee Members and Owners. Document Management provides virtualised storage for important Building documents like bylaws, asbestos reports and forms needed by tenants. Invoice Processing simplifies the Invoice review and approval process by providing enhanced control to both approvers and Managers.
Click the check box for 'Enable building profile, document management and invoice processing features'.
Building Profile, Document Management and Invoice Processing features will now be enabled for the Organisation.
There's an additional feature that can be enabled to automatically extract certain information from Invoices like the Plan Number, creditor ABN/GST Number, invoice date, invoice number, and invoice amount. To enable Invoice Data Extraction, click the check box for 'Enable invoice extraction service'.
Smart Invoice Extraction is a premium feature that Organisations can opt into only if they have enabled Building Profile, Document Management and Invoice Processing features.

Maintenance Management Service
Organisation Admins can enable the Maintenance Management service to allocate Maintenance Managers that can help send Work Requests and follow up with Service Providers assigned to Jobs.
Click the check box for 'Enable Maintenance Management service for your organisation'.
Make sure to click 'Update' to implement changes to settings.
Maintenance Management service will now be enabled for the Organisation.

Feature Changes
History Log
Organisation Admins can view the History Log of the features to see all changes that were implemented, who made the change, and the date the change was made.
