When assigning and approving quotes, Building Managers may update or duplicate the Job Description for a Work Request. The Job Description should always contain the most current information, such as Quote Details and instructions for Service Providers regarding the scope of work.
Update the Job Description
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the Job
3. Click the 'Approve Quote' button on the Work Summary page
4. Select the approved Quote from the list
5. Enter confirmation of approval or provide additional instructions under Job Description
Note: This must be completed before submitting the Work Request
6. Enter a Note for the Service Provider
7. Click 'Approve Quote'
Any updates made to this information will be reflected in the Quote Request PDF. Service Providers will be kept up-to-date by email and in-app notifications.
