Sometimes Organisation Admins will need to close a Job that has been requested but do not want to 'Cancel' it.
This may occur when:
- The Job has been completed and paid externally
- The Committee decided they no longer wish to do the Job
- There's a Warranty Issue and no charge
- There's a Maintenance Agreement and no charge
Organisation Admins can decide to reopen 'Closed' jobs at a later date.

Service Provider Requested Closure
There are instances where Service Providers decide that a Job should be 'Closed'. Service Providers can suggest this through the Portal and the Job status will change to 'Pending Closure'.
Organisation Admins will then review the Job Closure Request. If an Organisation Admin approves the request, the Job will be 'Closed'. If an Organisation Admin rejects the request, the status will revert to whatever it was prior to 'Pending Closure'.
For more information, please see How to Cancel a Job.
Organisation Admins should contact us with any further questions regarding this process.
