Strata Managers, Building Managers and Support Managers can communicate with each other by sending messages on the Work Summary page of a Job.
This is helpful in providing updates and requesting additional information or following up on a task.
Message Managers of a Job
Building Managers can send a message to Strata or Support Managers on the Work Summary page of a Job. Click the three dots on the top right of the page and select 'Message Managers & Support'.
When the 'Messages' window opens, all of the Managers assigned to the Job will be listed. If messages have been sent and received previously, they will also be listed.
If no messages have previously been sent, 'No Message History' will be shown.
Enter a message. Click the Paperclip Icon to attach files and images then click 'Send'.
When the message has been sent, the assigned Managers will receive email and in-app notifications.
Email Notification
Email notifications will include the message and name of the sender. They will also include the Purchase Order or Job ID, Reference Number, Job Title, Job Description, Plan Number and Address.
Bell Icon
New messages and other notifications can be checked by clicking the Bell Icon.
Work Summary Page
If there are new messages for a Job, the number of new messages will appear in red above the Message Icon on the Work Summary page.
Dashboard
New messages will be also listed in green on the Dashboard.
