To better organise different Trades within a single Work or Quote Request, each Trade now has its own description box.
When a Work or Quote Request is created, the Organisation Admin should add important information to the description box for a Trade, including any details that would be useful for a Service Provider to know.
The Trade Description must describe the maintenance or repair required and can be updated so that there is a unique description for each Trade when there are multiple Trades for a Job.
To update a Trade Description from the Work Summary page, click the three dots on the black banner then select 'Edit' from the drop-down menu.
Note: Only the Trade Description can be updated.
Whenever an Organisation Admin makes changes to the Trade Description, Service Providers will see the updates implemented on the Work Summary page for the Job.
