Organisation Admins may need to cancel Jobs that were created either from within the Strata Organisation or externally by contractors.

Cancel a Job
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the relevant job
3. Once on the Work Summary Page, click the three dots on the top right
4. Select 'Cancel Job'
5. Or, once on the Jobs page
6. Click the three dots at the right of the row for the Job
7. Select 'Cancel Job' from the drop-down menu
Note: When a Job is 'Cancelled' by a Strata Manager or Organisation Admin, it can't be reopened.
Cancel an External Job
Within the list view, Organisation Admins can quickly tell Jobs that need to be assigned a Trade from 'Cancelled' Jobs.
For Jobs that were created externally and cancelled before a Trade was assigned, 'The job has been cancelled' will show under the 'Contractor' column.
If an external requester wants to proceed with a 'Cancelled' Job, the Strata Manager should click the three dots on the upper right of the Work Summary page then select 'Reopen Request' from the drop-down menu.
The Job will be reopened immediately and the Service Provider will receive an email notification of the update.
