When a Service Provider uploads an Invoice, the Building Manager can share the Invoice directly from the Work Order with Committee Members and other Building Contacts for approval.
Share an Invoice
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the Job
3. On the Work Summary page, click the drop-down arrow beside the 'Invoice' button
4. Select 'Share via Email'
This will attach the Invoice to an email that can be shared with selected Committee Members or Building Contacts.
