Organisation Admins can easily run different kinds of reports for their Strata Organisation by clicking the Reports Icon on the toolbar.
On the Reporting page, they'll have the option to generate many report types including Building Reports, Committee Member Reports, and User Reports.
They can also see and manipulate an overview of common usage statistics in order to see trends in how the portal is being utilised.

Usage Statistics
Building Statistics
Building Statistics shows the Organisation Admin the statistics on Buildings and Lots managed within the Portal, such as Active Buildings, Total Lots, Average Number of Lots, New Building Activated, and Lost Buildings.
Job Statistics
Job Statistics shows Organisation Admins the statistics on Jobs managed within the Portal, such as Jobs Created, Active Work Requests, Active Quote Requests, Completed Work Request, and Avg Work Request Completion.
Invoice Statistics
Invoice Statistics shows Organisation Admins the statistics on Invoices managed within the Portal including, Invoices Pending Approval, Invoices Approved, and Invoices with External Approvers.
Charge Statistics
Charge Statistics shows Organisation Admins the statistics on charges managed within the Portal.
To narrow the search based on criteria, follow these steps:
1. Select the date range
2. Select a Manager to view all data for the Manager
3. Select the building Location to filter by Plan Numbers
The Strata Stats will update on the page based on the criteria selected. These filters do not affect generated reports, however, displayed statistics can be exported by clicking 'Export Stats'
Generate a Report
1. Go to the Reporting page (Reports Icon)
2. Click 'Reports XLSX'
3. Select the type of report
Organisation Admins can choose from the following reports available in the Portal.
Admin Report
The Admin Report will show details for all Jobs in the Portal, including the type of request, the Job ID or Purchase Order Number, the Job status, the Creator of the Job, and the assigned Strata Manager.
Buildings
The Buildings Report will show the list of Buildings in the Strata Organisation's database.
This report will also show the number of Lots, Building Status, and Strata Management team.
Contractors
The Contractors Report will show information for Contractors in the database, including their status, the compliance status depending on the compliance configuration of the organisation, when they were last sent an invitation link, and their status in Strata Master.
Committee Members
The Committee Members Report will show the list of Committee Members for each Building with contact details and the status of all contacts.
This report will also show if the Committee Member is an Invoice Approver in the Building Rules.
Excluded Contractors
Invoices
The Invoice Report provides a comprehensive report of invoice data within a specific month, including details such as the invoice link, plan number, contractor name, invoice status, invoice number, invoice amount, added date, action user, time with the current action user, date paid, upload method and jobs that are linked to the invoice.
Note: The report is designed to generate invoice data for a single month. Attempting to extend beyond a monthly range will result in an error message.
Owners
The Owners Report will show the list of Owners for each Building with contact details and the status of all contacts.
This report will also show if the Owner is an Invoice Approver in the Building Rules.
Preferred Contractors
The Preferred Contractors Report will show a list of preferred Contractors in the Organisation's database and Buildings that each preferred Contractor has serviced.
Schedule A
The Schedule A Report will show the list of Plans and the number of Work and Quote Requests in the Portal.
Schedule B
The Schedule B Report will show the Job for a Plan, the Creator of the Job, the Job title and subject, the assigned Strata Manager, and the property address.
Trades
The Trades report will show all the trade categories within the Organisation's database, this includes the Number of Jobs, Percentage of Total Jobs, and Cumulative Invoice Amount of Completed Jobs for trade.
Users
The Users Report will show information for users, including their name, email, roles, whether they are invoice approvers or not when they were last sent an invitation link, the number of action items and their Profile status.
When the type of report has been selected, a pop-up message will appear. Click 'Confirm' to proceed. The report will be sent to the email on the account in a spreadsheet format.
