To make sure that Maintenance Managers stay on top of their tickets and follow-ups, Work Requests are automatically assigned to the Maintenance Manager of the Plan.
Building Managers can view all Plans that have requested a Maintenance Manager or have a Maintenance Manager already assigned.
View Plans With a Maintenance Manager
Maintenance Managers are assigned to Plans by Organisation Admins and Strata, Building or Support Managers. There are two ways to view Plans with a Maintenance Manager.
Wrench Icon Menu
When a Strata Manager creates a Work Request and the Plan has 'Maintenance Management' enabled, the Maintenance Manager will automatically be added to the Work Request.
Click the Wrench Icon menu to see three options for viewing managed Jobs.
To view all Plans managed by a Building Manager alone, select 'All'.
To view all Plans where a Maintenance Manager has been requested but not yet assigned, select 'Assisted'.
To view all Plans assigned to a Maintenance Manager, select 'Assigned'.
This will show all Plans that are assigned to a Maintenance Manager.
If another option is selected, the filtered view will open on the Jobs page.
Grey Dots
Any Plan that has a Maintenance Manager assigned to it will have a grey dot to the left of the Plan Number on the Jobs page even when 'Assigned' isn't selected.
Click any Plan Number or Issue to view the Work Summary page.
