One of the most effective ways to communicate with Service Providers is by sending messages within the Portal.
With Messages, Building Managers can send updates, inquiries and additional information to the Service Provider and follow up on a Job's progress.
Building Managers can check the Notifications Icon located on the toolbar to see whether there's any new conversations or messages from Service Providers.
They can also click the New Messages box on the Dashboard.
Or, select the New Messages Hot Filter on the Jobs page.
Another way to view new messages is by going to the Work Summary page of a Job.
If there's a new conversation or message, the Messages Icon will appear green.
If there's no new messages, the Messages Icon will appear blue.
This will help Building Managers to more efficiently manage assigned Jobs.
