When a Building Manager signs in to the Portal, the first thing they will see is the Dashboard.
The Dashboard tracks all new activity for the account and helps to visualise data for assigned Jobs. View prioritised task lists that have been created and enjoy the flexibility of balancing work around real-time data for defined tasks and projects.
Searching through an email inbox of notifications or an array of in-app data can be tedious and time-consuming. The Dashboard helps to automate key processes by summarising updates and job data in a simple, visually compelling interface, enabling Building Managers to modify and respond to actionable items with a single click.
This is a game-changer for workers who frequently multitask. With the Dashboard, they can make critical decisions within context while enhancing productivity and minimizing risk.
The Dashboard enables the Strata Organisation to analyze enterprise data and processes to draw deeper insights and formulate strategies that will better meet customer needs. Monitoring real-time interactions improves customer experiences as well as the Organisation's ability to find and retain customers.
Create a New Job
Click the blue 'New Job' button at the top right of the page to go to the new Work or Quote Request form.
Download
Select 'Download' to instantly create and download a spreadsheet with all of the data on the Dashboard.
Location
Select a location to filter the data shown on the Dashboard. All assigned Plans and Building addresses will be listed.
Click an address to view the Dashboard. Multiple selections can be made.
To clear an address that's been selected, click the address again.
Calendar
Select a date range to filter the data shown on the Dashboard.
Click in the box then select the date range on the Calendar. The view shows two months.
To view the previous month, click '<'.
To view the next month, click '>'.
Click a start and endpoint. All of the days within the date range will be shaded in blue.
To clear a day that's been selected, click the day then select the new start or endpoint.
To clear the date range that's been selected, click 'Clear'.
Click 'Apply' to apply the date range to the Dashboard.
To remove the filter and view all current data on the Dashboard, click in the box and select 'Clear'.

Tasks
Whether Building Managers are faced with challenges and obstacles that require the sharpening of business processes or are simply trying to stay organized, Tasks can help them to accomplish their goals.
Create tasks on the Work Summary page of Jobs then view upcoming and overdue tasks on the Dashboard.
Upcoming tasks are listed in black.
Overdue tasks are listed in red.
Click any task to go to the Work Summary page of the Job. For more information, please see Add a New Task Using the Tasks Feature.
Dashboard Data
The Dashboard can help to quantify and measure job performance and business operations. On the Dashboard, Building Managers can view and draw insight from robust data like the number of new and active Work Requests, the number of new Quotes, the average Quote response time, the number of new Invoices and Invoices to be processed, the average Invoice approval time and the total amount charged.
New Requests
New Requests shows the number of new Requests submitted by Building Contacts that haven't yet been actioned by a Building Manager. Click 'View' to view the new requests on the Jobs page.
Quote Added
Quote Added shows the number of Quotes that have recently been uploaded to Jobs by Service Providers and haven't yet been actioned by a Building Manager. Click 'View' to view Jobs with the status 'Quote Added' on the Jobs page.
New Messages
New Messages shows the number of unread messages sent by Service Providers using the Message feature. Click 'View' to view Jobs with new messages on the Jobs page.
Invoice Added
Invoice Added shows the number of Invoices that have been added by Service Providers. Click 'View' to view Jobs with the status 'Invoice Added' on the Jobs page.
The four sections above correspond to the Hot Filters on the Jobs page.
Invoices to Action
Invoices to Action shows the number of Invoices under review that requires action. Click 'View' to view the Invoices under review in the Document Management System.
Active Work Requests
Active Work Requests shows the number of Work Requests for Jobs that haven't yet been completed. Click 'View' to view Jobs with the status 'Active' on the Jobs page.
Quote Requests
Quote Requests shows the number of Quotes that are under review.
Messages Sent
Messages Sent shows the number of messages that a Building Manager has sent to Service Providers and stakeholders.
Requests Completed
Requests Completed shows the number of Work Requests for Jobs that have been completed. Click 'View' to view Jobs with the status 'Completed' on the Jobs page.
Other Job Data
Other job data shown on the Dashboard includes:
- Average response time to a new Work Request
- Average time to review a Quote
- Average time to review an Invoice
- Average response time to messages
- Average touchpoint per Job
- Recorded time in the Portal
- Total amount charged for assigned Jobs
- Company ranking (coming soon)
