Some clients want to be updated as progress is made on a Job and notified of any status changes.
To distinguish them from Site Contacts, Building Managers can designate 'Building Contacts to Receive Notifications'.

Assign a Building Contact to a New Job
Start creating a new Work or Quote Request. Under 'Building Contacts to Receive Notifications', select a Building Contact from the list to assign to the Job. Complete the process as usual and click 'Submit Request'.
Assign a Building Contact to an Existing Job
Go to the Jobs page by clicking the Wrench Icon. Select the Job to assign a Building Contact to and click the three dots to the right of the row. Select 'Edit'.
Under 'Building Contacts to Receive Notifications', select a Building Contact from the list then click 'Update Request'.
When the request has been submitted or updated, all selected Building Contacts will receive an email notification each time a Job is created.
Please note that these contacts' names, email addresses and phone numbers will not be visible to Service Providers.
