Building Managers can use the Scheduled Send feature to send a Work or Quote Request that they've created to a Service Provider at a later date.
Scheduled Send gives Building Managers more control over assigned Jobs and can help them to stay organised when there are requests of different priority.

Use Scheduled Send for a Work or Quote Request
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Click 'New Job'
3. Fill out the New Job form then click 'Submit Request'
4. Fill out the Trade form then click 'Next'
5. Select a preferred Service Provider:
- Search by entering a Trade in the Trade Search Bar and choosing from a list of Service Providers that meet the criteria
- Or, search by entering the Name of a Service Provider in the Contractor Search Bar
6. Click the 'Schedule' tab
7. Select the Date and Time to send the Work or Quote Request
8. Click 'Schedule'
The Work or Quote Request will be sent to the Service Provider on the selected date and time.
Note. When a job is 'Scheduled Send' the event in Time and Charges will not be created until the request has been sent to the Service Provider.
Change the Scheduled Send Date and Time
1. Click the 'Edit Schedule Send' button on the Work Summary page
2. Select a new Date or Time
3. Click 'Submit'
The Building Manager may decide that a Work or Quote Request should be sent immediately rather than scheduled. Selecting 'Send Now' will remove the scheduled date and time and send the request to the Service Provider.
