Sometimes Building Managers will need to close a Job that has been requested but do not want to 'Cancel' it.
This may occur when:
- The Job has been completed and paid externally
- The Committee decided they no longer wish to do the Job
- There's a Warranty Issue and no charge
- There's a Maintenance Agreement and no charge
Building Managers can decide to reopen 'Closed' jobs at a later date.

Service Provider Requested Closure
There are instances where Service Providers decide that a Job should be 'Closed'. Service Providers can suggest this through the Portal and the Job status will change to 'Pending Closure'.
Building Managers will then review the Job Closure Request. If a Manager approves the request, the Job will be 'Closed'. If a Manager rejects the request, the status will revert to whatever it was prior to 'Pending Closure'.
For more information, please see How to Cancel a Job.
Building Managers should contact us with any further questions regarding this process.
