After a Service Provider has uploaded a Quote in the Portal, Building Managers can view, download and approve it on behalf of the Building Committee.
Approve a Quote
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the Job
3. Click the 'Approve Quote' button
4. Select the Quote to approve
5. Enter the updated Job Description in the box
6. Enter a Message for the Service Provider
7. Click the 'Approve Quote' button
An email notification will be sent to the Service Provider letting them know that the Quote has been approved. The Building Manager should then create a Work Request for the Job.

Note: Service Providers who submitted quotes that weren't approved will be notified that their request has been cancelled.
