One of the most frequent actions that Service Providers will need to take is drafting and submitting quotes for Jobs. Service Providers can easily upload a Quote for new Jobs by going to the Jobs page.
Upload a Quote
1. Sign in to the portal
2. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
3. Select the Job (the status will be Assigned, Quote Requested or Inspection Booked)
4. Choose 'Assign' to assign an employee to the Job
5. Click 'Attach Quote'
6. Enter the Quote Details:
- Estimated Start Date
- Estimated Duration
7. Add a Note if there is more information to convey
8. Attach images, videos or files (optional)
9. Upload a PDF of the Quote or enter the URL for the quote
10. Click the 'Save' button
Note: Service Providers that need to request a deposit or progress payments for a quote, should see Requesting Deposits and Process Payments.
The Quote will be sent to the Strata Manager for review. All Quotes will either be approved by a Strata Manager or sent to the committee for review. Service Providers will be notified of updates by email as progress is made for a particular Job.
