Service Providers can easily make changes to the email address on their Company Profile. The email on the Company Profile will be the username for the account.
Update Email or Username
1. Sign in to the portal
2. Click the Circle Icon with the company initials
3. Click 'Company Profile'
4. Click the 'Edit Contacts' icon
5. Enter the new email under Work Order Email or Accounts Email
6. Click 'Save'
The email address and username should now be updated.
