What is changing in this upgrade?
This Portal upgrade introduces:
A refreshed visual design and layout
Smoother navigation and quicker access to key tasks
New tools, including Recurring Jobs, available in the updated view
These changes are part of an ongoing initiative to modernise and enhance your experience.
How will this affect me?
Once the new user interface is enabled on your account, you’ll notice:
A more modern and intuitive appearance on certain pages
Minor changes to the location of some tasks and tools
Access to new functionality only available in the updated view
Your existing data, workflows, and settings will remain unchanged. Everything you currently rely on is still available—just improved.
Can I switch between versions?
From October 1st 2026, the upgraded experience will be mandatory and users can't revert to the old version. Please contact us if any additional support is required.
Where can I find help and resources?
To support you during this transition, the following resources will be available:

- Detailed Help Center articles explaining the functionality
