How to Generate Financial Reports

Strata Managers can request and download financial reports from the portal. They are sourced from Strata Master. 

You can select an ad hoc report or generate the reports required for an Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Generate Financial Reports

Strata Managers can generate financial reports from the Finance page.

Navigate to the 'Reports' page.

Click the '+' icon beside 'Generated Reports' 

When the 'Financial Reports' window opens, enter the plan number, then select the report type or types. You can run multiple types of reports at once.

If preparing for an AGM, click the 'Annual General Meeting Reports' check box. This will automatically generate the reports required for an AGM.

Select 'Generate Report' to run the report.

A list of all recent reports that have been generated will be visible under Generated Reports. This will show the report date, the date the report was generated, the Plan Number and the Report Type.

Note: Reports are sourced from Strata Master and may take up to a few moments to generate. The Reports page can be exited and returned to if needed.

If you have indicated in Strata Master that the organisation has Limited Liability under the Professional Standards Scheme then “Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation” will be displayed on all Financial Reports.
