How to Generate Financial Reports V 1.0

Strata Managers can request and download financial reports from the portal.  They are sourced from Strata Master. 

You can select an ad hoc report or generate the reports required for an Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Generate Financial Reports

If you're a Strata Manager, you can generate financial reports from the Document page or the Building Profile.

Financial Reports from the Building Profile

To run a financial report from the Building Profile, click the 'Financial Reports' button under the building contacts.

When the 'Financial Reports' window opens, select the Report Type or types. You can run multiple types of reports at once.

If preparing for an AGM, click the check box. This will automatically generate the reports general required for an AGN of the financial reports needed for an AGM.



Select the Plan Number. The current date will be listed on the line below but can be changed if required.

Select 'Generate Report' to run the report.

To view a list of all recent reports that have been generated, click the 'Report List' tab. This will show the creation date, the date the report was generated, the Plan Number and the Report Type.

Request Reports from the Document Page

You can also run reports from the Document Management System. To go to the Document page, click the Documents Icon on the toolbar.

Select the Financial Reports Icon

Enter your requirements, as per the instructions above, then click 'Generate Report'. 

Note: Reports are sourced from Strata Master and may take up to a few minutes to download. The 'Financial Reports' window can be exited and returned to if needed.

If you have indicated in Strata Master that the organisation has Limited Liability under the Professional Standards Scheme then “Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation” will be displayed on all Financial Reports.
