Launching Strata Master Connect from Strata Master

Strata Master is the database behind the SMATA and Strata Master Connect Portal. While using Strata Master, configured Strata Master Connect users can quickly launch relevant Strata Master Connect pages in order to complete their Portal tasks. The page that opens up is dependent on which Strata Master Connect button is clicked in Strata Master.

Launching from the Main Toolbar

There is a Strata Master Connect button positioned towards the right-hand side of the main toolbar in Strata Master.

Clicking this button will launch the Strata Master Connect Dashboard. From here, users can create a New Job, manage their Tasks, and navigate through the Portal.

Launching from a Corp Card

Corporation Cards can launch Strata Master Connect using the far right button in the toolbar. 

Using this button will open that Plan's Building Profile.

Launching from a Creditor Card

Creditor Cards can launch Strata Master Connect using the far right button in the toolbar. 

Using this button will open that Creditor's Company Profile.

Launching from the Work Order Button

Depending on the Agency's configuration of Strata Master, the Work Order button may launch the New Job page of Strata Master Connect. 

Launching from the Levies Tab of Lot Owner Cards

While open on the Levies tab of a Lot Owner card, users can click on the Strata Master Connect button on the right of the Unpaid Debits section.

This opens the Document Management System (DMS) with the Plan number, Lot number, and Levy Notice category filtered.

Launching from the Formatted Reports Page 

Formatted Reports can launch Strata Master Connect using the far right button in the toolbar. 

Using this button will open the Financial Reports modal in the DMS.

Launching from the Financial Tab of a Corp Card

From the Financial tab of a Corporation Card, click 'Generate Reports in Strata Master Connect'. 

This opens the Financial Reports modal in the Plan's Building Profile with the Plan number pre-populated.
