Strata Managers can download files that have been uploaded and stored in the
Document Management System (DMS).
The Document Management System virtualises storage, allowing Strata Managers to conveniently access important files for their properties any time they choose.
Files may be downloaded in bulk to save time and improve efficiency.
Contents
Single File Download
1. Go to the Document Management System (Documents Icon )
2. If downloading a Document, click the 'Documents' tab
3. If downloading an Invoice, click the 'Invoices' tab
4. Select the file by clicking the file name for Documents and Creditor name for Invoices or the PDF Icon
5. Click the 'Download' button below the document preview
When the file has finished downloading, Strata Managers can save it to their computer and finish their review.
Bulk File Download
1. Go to the Document Management System (Documents Icon )
2. If downloading a Document, click the 'Documents' tab
3. If downloading an Invoice, click the 'Invoices' tab
4. Select the files by clicking the checkboxes in the left column
5. Click 'Bulk Actions' on the top right
6. Select 'Export # Documents/Invoices'
Note: When the files have started to download, there will be a progress bar at the top of the page. Make sure not to close the window until the download has been completed.
Only Strata Organisation employees (Strata Managers, Building Managers, Organisation Admin and Support Managers) can upload documents in the DMS.
If Committee Members need files to be uploaded, the Strata Manager can upload them on their behalf.
