Committee Members and Owners have different Toggles that they can use to manage and view documents and invoices in the Document Management System (DMS).
Toggle Location
Toggles are located in a row immediately below the navigation bar. The Document page includes 3 toggles and the Invoice page includes 6 toggles.
Building Managers should toggle the switch of the relevant text to view a filtered list of results.
'All' for All Invoices or All Documents
The 'All' toggle allows Committee Members and Owners to view all invoices or all documents for the organisation.
Note: The 'All' filter may not be available for all Committee Members and Owners.
'Tasks' for Invoices to Approve
The 'Tasks' toggle allows Committee Members and Owners to view all Invoices that are assigned to them for approval.
When there are Invoices for approval, a red number will appear above the 'Invoices' tab. Clicking the red number will also apply the 'Tasks' toggle.
'Priority' for Invoices of High Priority
The 'Priority' toggle allows Committee Members and Owners to view all Invoices that have been flagged as high priority to expedite processing.
All high-priority invoices will be shaded red in the list view and when selected, there will be a red 'Priority' banner above the Invoice Status on the Invoice Summary page.
'Favourites' for Saved Invoices or Documents
The 'Favorites' toggle allows Committee Members and Owners to view Invoices that have been saved to a list of favourites.
Favouriting invoices and documents allow Strata Managers to easily access useful files again for future preference with just one click.
'Deleted' for Deleted Invoices
The 'Deleted' toggle allows Committee Members and Owners to view all deleted invoices or documents.
'Duplicates' for Duplicate Invoices
The 'Duplicates' filter allows Committee Members and Owners to view all invoices that are flagged as Duplicates or Potential Duplicates.
