There are instances when a Service Provider may decline a Job in error and then decide to proceed with the work. Before the Service Provider can start working on the Job, the Organisation Admin will need to re-open the declined Work or Quote Request in the Portal.
Organisation Admins can re-open a Job by following the steps below.
Re-Open a Job
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the Job
3. Click the Re-do Icon on the Work Summary page
4. Enter a Message for the Service Provider
5. Click 'Submit'
The Job will be re-opened and the status will revert to whatever it was before the Job was declined. Service Providers will receive email and in-app notifications of the update so that they can start work immediately.
