Strata Managers can update information on their Profile like the profile photo and password, change notifications settings or set up integrations.
It's important that information on the Profile is accurate and up-to-date, since some of this information (like the Name, Email and Role) is visible to the Strata Organisation and stakeholders.
To view and update the Profile, click the User Icon on the toolbar then select 'Settings'.

Profile
Strata Managers can make updates to profile information by selecting 'Profile' on the Settings page.
To make changes to the First Name, Last Name, Email or Phone Number, enter the new information. The email listed will be used for signing in to the Portal and receiving notifications.
If there's already a profile photo added, a preview of the image will be shown. The current photo can be removed by clicking the check box for 'Remove Profile Image'.
To add a profile photo, click 'Choose File' and attach a photo.
Verify that the information is correct then select 'Update'.
All of the information listed above is visible to other portal users including Service Providers and Owners.
Users can also enable the new user interface from their Profile Settings. To do this, locate the Enable New User Interface option and turn it on. Once enabled, the Portal will display the updated interface for that user.

Two Factor Authentication
Strata Managers can enable two-factor authentication for their profile. When enabled, on each log-in attempt, they will be required to input a One-Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to their email.
Note: Currently the One-Time Password (OTP) can only be sent via email
Notifications
Strata Managers can update notification settings by selecting 'Notifications' on the Settings page.
They can decide whether to make changes to a specific type of notification (In App, SMS or Email) and to the frequency which they receive email notifications.
Selections made under 'Basic Settings' will be applied to all notifications.

Integrations
Building Managers can link Zoom to their User Profile or install an Outlook plugin by selecting 'Integrations' on the Settings page. If these aren't already enabled for the Organisation, contact an Organisation Admin to enable them.
Building Managers can use Zoom to hold and keep track of virtual meetings for the building.
The Outlook plugin can be used to archive emails and attachments to the Document Management System.

Organisation Settings
Strata Managers can also check the setting of their Organisation within their Profile Setting. They can view this information but they can't make any changes to this setting.
Strata Managers should reach out to their Organisation Admins if they have questions about these Settings. Read on to learn more about the settings visible to Strata Managers.
Organisation
This shows which company details are shown on all Work and Quote Requests, such as the Business Number, an address, a contact number, and an email.
Features-Internal
This view will show Strata Managers which features are enabled for their Organisation such as Maintenance Management, Compliance Management Service, Building Profile, Document Management and Invoice Processing, Zoom Meeting & Call Tracker, Bing Mail, Notification Digest, and Connection Services.
This also gives a brief summary of each feature.
Feature- External
This view will show Strata Managers the default permission settings that apply to all buildings for each role type. The following permission includes Create Work Request, View Building Directory, View Building Funds, View Building Rule, View Levy Notices, View Recent Works, View Manager Star Rating, View Upcoming Works, Generate Financial Report and Messages.
Branding
This page will show Strata Managers the brand design of the organisation that is visible in-app and in emails to the users.
Time and Charges
This view will show Strata Managers the set charges for all events for the Organisation, whether they are Premium Events, System Events, or Custom Events. These events can be on-charged to their Buildings.
Banners
This setting will show the custom banners created by the Organisation Admins to notify users of important information. Banners may be visible to a specific group of users or to several groups depending on the content.
Templates
This view shows the Strata Managers the automated email invites and communication to Committee Members and Owners. They can also view the customised letters that go to their Committee Members and Owners for quotes, variances, and invoice approvals.
To view the content of these Templates, they can click on the 3 dots and select Preview.
Tags
This shows the Organisation Tags that have been added for the Organisation. Tags allow for additional document filing options to help Strata Organisation employees manage documents that are uploaded to the Document Management System (DMS).
Financial Report
The Financial Report section shows which financial report types are shared with stakeholders of their Strata Organisation. If the checkboxes are ticked, that user type can view the corresponding report.
Building Services
This will show all the global documents or links added to the Building Services dropdown of the Building Profile, it will show the most important information and documents for their properties, including links to forms needed by tenants.
Categories
This shows all the available Document Categories for the organisation including the source of the category. The Categories listed here can be used for filing new documents and for searching for existing documents.
User Permissions
This shows default permission for all users of the Organisation, including Invite Contacts, Delete Document, Edit Document, View All Document, Delete Invoice, Edit Invoice, Manage Invoice Extraction, Override Invoice and View All Invoice.
Invoice Duplicate Criteria
This gives the Strata Manager a view of the criteria required to flag duplicates in the invoice processing system.
