Do Property Tenants have a login? - V 1.0

Property Tenants don't  have their own login. However, they can log a job request on the portal and receive updates on a job's status. 

How to log a job request as a Property Tenant

Go to the Portal website

Select Submit a Work Request

Complete the required details, then Submit Request

• If a Strata Manager adds a Property Tenant as a contact on a job, they will be updated via email at each step along the way.
