What is changing in this upgrade?
This Portal upgrade introduces:

Once the new user interface is enabled on your account, you’ll notice:
A more modern and intuitive appearance on certain pages

Your existing data, workflows, and settings will remain unchanged. Everything you currently rely on is still available—just improved.
Can I switch between versions?
Yes. During the rollout period, you’ll be able to move between the previous and updated versions. Please contact us to let us know what the challenges were in the new look when requesting to change versions.
