Managing Work Requests in the Mobile App for Owners

Committee Members and Owners can easily manage work orders for their building within the Mobile App.

Accessing Jobs 

Committee Members can access existing work orders for their building through a few different ways:

• Clicking 'More' in the bottom toolbar and selecting 'Jobs'
• Clicking 'My Requests' on the Homepage 
• Clicking 'Open Jobs' in a Building's Profile.

Searching for Jobs 

Committee Members and Owners are able to search for jobs in their buildings. They can do this through their list of Jobs by using key words in the search bar. 

They can also filter by:

• Date Range
• Jobs Created by me
• Urgent
• Current Job status

Create a New Work Order

Committee Members and owners can submit a service request for their building by filling out a job request form from the Mobile App.

This can be found by clicking the 'Plus' button on the Home Page of the App.

When filling out the form, Committee Members and Owners will need to do the following:

1. Select whether the issue is in the common area or in their apartment.

2. Add the Unit Number or Lot Number (optional)

3. Add a Title for the Issue

4. Describe the issue

5. Select whether or not it is an urgent issue/emergency

(Note: if it is an emergency, please contact the suggested services provided)

6. Attach or live capture images of the issue (optional). A description may also be added to each photo

7. Add Site Contact Details (optional)

Once submitted, the request will be sent to the Strata Manager for the building. Committee Members and Owners will be able to track the progress of this job request from the 'My requests' section of the Home Page (Home button). 

They will also be emailed a link to a public page for the Job where they can track its progress.
