The content of this article reflects the recommendations from industry experts. However, we encourage every customer to complete their own investigations into the requirements of their legislation with regard to the installation of Digital Noticeboards.
Organisations can set up Digital Noticeboards for their buildings which will publish messages remotely to a screen within the building. This keeps building stakeholders up to date with important information and allows for a seamless flow of communication.
Within the Portal, Committees can vote on whether or not to proceed with setting up a Digital Noticeboard screen in their building.

Committee Voting
Before Digital Noticeboards can be enabled for a building, Strata Managers will request that their committees vote on the approval of the screen.
Committee Members will receive an email requesting their vote.
Clicking on 'Review Here' will direct Committee Members to the voting page.
Click the attachment under 'Proposal' to view the full details of the Digital Noticeboard proposal.
If Committee Members agree to install the screens, they should click 'Yes' to vote.
If there are any questions about the screens, voters and managers can communicate on the Discussion Board.
Screen Installation
If the Committee vote to approve the Digital Noticeboard, the Strata Manager will create a work request for a Service Provider to install the screen.
Receiving Notices
Once the Digital Noticeboard has been installed, Strata Managers will commence publishing notices to the screens in the building.
Applicable Charges
Digital Noticeboards on eligible buildings will be issued free of charge. There are no upfront or ongoing charges for use of the screen.
The cost of the screen is subsidised by local businesses and media partnerships.
If additional infrastructure is required to achieve wifi connectivity, a proposal outlining the costs will be provided to the building representative for consideration. The building will be responsible for covering the cost of a change to infrastructure.
Committee Members and Owners should contact us with any further questions regarding this process.
