Manager Settings

Strata Managers can disable the permission for Organisation Admins and Strata Managers to create Work and Quote Requests for a specific building. A common example of why this may be required is when the Building Manager is the primary user who is creating and managing the work and quote requests for the building. 

Edit Permissions for a Strata Manager and Organisation Admins 

1. Go to the Buildings page (Buildings Icon)

2. Select the Building by clicking the Plan Number

3. Click the 'Manager Settings' tab

4. Click or clear the checkbox for 'Enable strata managers to create work and quote requests for this building' to grant or restrict permissions

5. Once done, click 'SAVE'

When not enabled the Strata Managers and Organisations admins cannot raise a new request for the plan/building. They can only select buildings which they can create jobs for. 

They cannot add a new request to an existing job or manage 'new requests to action' for that plan/building.

They can't edit and action the job.
