With Bulk Assign, Organisation Admins can assign a Maintenance Manager to different Plans in bulk. This feature can only be used if the Plan Number for the Building has 'Maintenance Management' enabled.
A Maintenance Manager will assist with follow-up phone calls and emails to Service Providers at scheduled times in accordance with timeframes outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
Bulk Assign a Maintenance Manager to Plans
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Click the check box in the left column of all Plans to assign
3. Check that there isn't a grey dot to the left of the Plan Number
Note: These Plans have already been assigned a Maintenance Manager
4. When all Plans have been selected, click 'Bulk'
5. Select 'Maintenance Manager Settings'
6. Select 'Assign'
7. Click 'Save'
The Maintenance Manager will be assigned to each of the Plans selected and added to Work Requests.
